Ingredients

 

Water, Glycerin, Proprietary Blend (Cranberry Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid, D-Mannose, FOS, Bromelain). Contains 2% or less: Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Potassium Sorbate (to preserve flavor), Sodium Benzoate (to preserve flavor), Phosphoric Acid.

Administration:

 

  1. Use under medical supervision.

  2. Administer orally or through a feeding tube.

 

Oral Feeding:

 

Take 1 fl oz (30 mL) up to 2 times a day as needed. Can be taken straight or mixed with any hot or cold beverage.

  1. Suggested Intake: 1-2 servings per dayas needed. One serving = 1 fl oz.

 

Tube Feeding:

 

  1. Flush feeding tube with 30-60 mL water.
  2. Measure and administer the dose prescribed.
  3. Administer UTI-Stat® straight into the enteral tube.
  4. Flush the tube with an additional 30 mL water.

 

Precautions:

 

  1. Not a substitute for antibiotics. 
  2. This product is not intended for use as an analgesic. 
  3. Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition. 
  4. Not for parenteral use.

 

Storage:

 

  1. Store at room temperature.
  2. Refrigeration not necessary.
  3. Discard 3 months after opening.
  4. Record date opened on bottom of container.
  5. Do not use if seal is broken.
